Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Looking for something quick and easy? Try these no-bake Peanut Butter Balls!


  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked oats (I used rolled oats but use what you have)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (could sub almond or sunflower butter).  I try to use peanut butter that has peanuts listed as the only ingredient.  

  • 1/3 cup honey (could sub pure maple syrup – no honey for under 1 year)

  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (could sub with raisins)

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Flaxseeds (optional)


  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl except the chocolate chips.

  • Mix well with a large spoon then fold in chocolate chips.

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before rolling into balls – this makes them easier to roll. 

  • Do smaller bite-size balls for younger kids, or smash flat.

  • Store in refrigerator or you can freeze if you make a large batch and thaw before eating.
