HEALTHY BREAKFAST FOR ANY SITUATION

Are you a gal on the go? Breakfast can be hard to make a priority. All of a sudden, you find yourself in the Starbucks drive-thru ordering a pumpkin loaf with your coffee hoping it will hold you over until lunch. Here is a healthy option that you can prepare the night before and grab in the morning to eat during your morning commute!



CHIA SEED PUDDING

Are you sick of overnight oats? Chia seed pudding brings the same feel but a refreshing change! The best part about it? It's easy to prepare and eat on the go! This is what you'll need. Chia seeds are high in fiber, which is actually something that is missing from a lot of females diets! 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds are packed with 11g of fiber, 4g of protein, and also contains healthy fats!


Chia Seeds


Alternative Milk of Choice (My Favorite Is Oat Milk!)


Vanilla Extract


Maple Syrup


Seasonal Fruit


Mason Jar or Cup to Store In


HOW TO PREPARE:


Take 1/4 cup of chia seeds and put them in the cup you will be using to store the pudding in overnight. Add 1 cup of milk alternative, 1tsp of vanilla extract, and 2 tsp of maple syrup and mix until combined. Once combined, store chia seed pudding in the fridge over night to set. Cut some fresh fruit and store in a separate container to add to your pudding in the morning. When you wake up, you will find a thick pudding like mixture to enjoy!
